Abstract

“Communicative freedom†in Wolfgang Huber’s theology: A critical engagement with modernity
In this article it is shown that the concept “communicative freedomâ€, developed by die German theologian Wolfgang Huber, provides important resources for the church to contribute to the discourse on freedom in so-called modern societies. Huber articulates the German Reformation’s rediscovery of Christian freedom in such a way as to engage modernity critically.
