Abstract

Since 1994 South Africa has changed dramatically. This article will try to illustrate how the changed Labour Legislation has influenced Human Resources Management and Practices in the workplace. It will focus on the following areas: Labour Law and Labour Relations; Disciplinary Processes; Work Ethic; Employment Equity; Globalisation; Employment; Remuneration; Training and Development; Organisation Structure, and Management Practices. The implication of these changes for the church will also be highlighted.
